Our dinner menu combines regional freshness with culinary sophistication. Indulge in tender braised beef cheeks in balsamic jus with “Töwerländer” carrots and creamy mashed potatoes. Or enjoy pan-seared cod in mustard butter, served with colourful vegetables and parsley potato mash. Vegetarians will also find delicious options, such as fried spaghetti with pesto, crisp vegetables, or roasted pumpkin.
To round off the evening, our kitchen tempts you with sweet creations like a classic crème brûlée with marinated strawberries or a glass of homemade sorbet with champagne.
